Email photos of the damaged item within 24 hours to process the exchange.

Custom & wholesale orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once processed.

A 25% restocking fee applies to cancellations or returns for reasons other than damage.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
